Refund times depend on your payment method.

  • Item inspection: 1–5 business days
  • Refund to original payment method: 3–10 business days

You will receive email updates at every stage.


4. Order Issues & Seller Support

If you receive an item that is:

  • Broken
  • Incorrect
  • Missing parts
  • Not as described

You can open a Support Case directly from your order.
BEM will step in to ensure a fair resolution between you and the seller.


5. Marketplace Protection

BEM maintains a safe environment with strict quality and anti-fraud policies.
We monitor:

  • Repeated customer complaints
  • Violations of prohibited items

6. Cancellations

You may cancel an order if:

  • The seller has not shipped the item yet
  • The order is still in “Processing” status

If the order has shipped, it may be handled as a return instead.
