1. Getting Started
Q: What is Buy Everything Market (BEM)?
BEM is a modern, easy-to-use online marketplace connecting Canadian buyers and sellers across thousands of product and service categories.
Q: How do I create an account?
Simply click Sign Up, enter your details, verify your email, and you’re ready to shop or sell.
Q: Is BEM available outside Canada?
Buyers worldwide may browse, but only Canadian-based sellers can list items.
2. Shopping & Browsing
Q: How do I find products?
Use the search bar, browse categories, or explore filters to quickly find what you need.
Q: What is theme-based search?
You can search for any theme (e.g., “unicorn”) and BEM will show items from all categories connected to that theme.
Q: Are all sellers verified?
Yes. Sellers must complete identity and banking verification before selling.
3. Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major secure payment options. (You can customize this once the payment gateway is finalized.)
Q: How do I track my order?
Go to My Account → Orders to see status updates and tracking information.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if it has not shipped yet. If it has shipped, you may request a return instead.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q: What items can I return?
Most items can be returned if they’re damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Some categories (food, hygiene products, digital items) are non-returnable.
Q: How do I request a return?
Go to Order Details → Request Return, provide the reason, and upload photos (if needed).
Q: How long do refunds take?
Typically 3–10 business days after the seller receives and inspects the item.
5. Selling on BEM
Q: How do I become a seller?
Create a seller account, add your Canadian banking details, and complete verification.
Q: Are there listing fees?
BEM uses a low-cost fee structure, so sellers keep more of their earnings.

Q: How do I list products?
From your Seller Dashboard, choose Add Product, enter details, images, tags, and submit.
Q: Does BEM check listings?
Yes. Our system automatically checks for prohibited items and suspicious content before approval.
6. Safety & Security
Q: Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. BEM uses secure, encrypted transaction processing.
Q: What if I encounter a suspicious seller or product?
Report it immediately. We have zero tolerance for fraud and take action quickly.
