2. How to Request a Return
We’ve made the process simple and hassle-free.

Log into your BEM account → Open the Order Details page.
Step 2 — Select “Request Return”
Choose the item and provide:

- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Step 3 — Seller Review
The seller will review your request based on:

Step 4 — Return Instructions
If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions such as:
- Return address
- Packaging requirements
- Return shipping method
Step 5 — Refund Processing
Once the seller receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed.
3. Refund Timelines
Refund times depend on your payment method.
Estimated Processing Time:
- Seller review: 1–3 business days
- Item inspection: 1–5 business days
- Refund to original payment method: 3–10 business days
You will receive email updates at every stage.
4. Order Issues & Seller Support
If you receive an item that is:
- Broken
- Incorrect
- Missing parts
- Not as described
You can open a Support Case directly from your order.
BEM will step in to ensure a fair resolution between you and the seller.
5. Marketplace Protection
BEM maintains a safe environment with strict quality and anti-fraud policies.
We monitor:
- Suspicious listings
- Seller performance
- Repeated customer complaints
- Violations of prohibited items
This ensures your shopping experience is trustworthy and secure.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel an order if:
- The seller has not shipped the item yet
- The order is still in “Processing” status
If the order has shipped, it may be handled as a return instead.
7. Important Notes
- Items must be returned in their original condition unless they arrived damaged.
- Some sellers may require a restocking fee (if applicable).
- Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return.
